Please take some time to get to know more about the crazy people that come together each day to share ideas and talents that ultimately result in creating the unique solutions that capture our client’s stories.
Our Senior Designer, Chris Montigne, can tell you almost anything about Pabst Blue Ribbon, vacuum tube audio amplifiers or his motorbike. While most of us still can’t understand his undying love for Battlestar Galactica, we remain an accepting team and continue to admire Chris’ ability to put a creative spin on nearly everything thrown his direction. You might catch him bumming around Capitol Hill or at a local metal show, but if you are lucky enough to run into Chris, be sure to ask him his opinion on 80’s love songs and Barbara Streisand.
Cody is another creative genius with which we have the privilege of spending time. He is a mastermind at custom and traditional graphic production. Cody is also a very talented artist, creating abstract expressions using a combination of acrylics and markers, as well as being an inspired and refined ‘graff writer’. If you find yourself in the mood to listen to a plethora of old and new school music while enjoying a tall glass of whiskey, Cody is your man.
There is no better title than Controller for Debbie Watlington. She may be bossy, but she gets things done, and that’s why we love her! Her ‘brassy’ spirit is best reflected in the bright red Mustang she cruises around. Yep, even though CO is one of the snowiest states, she has vowed that she will never replace that car. Debbie also enjoys country music, reading books; she reads more in one week than anyone else we know, and lounging with her pups, Chloe and Sophie. In addition to her doggies, Debbie is married, has six kids, five grandkids and one great grand daughter. One more important thing to note: if you owe us money try to avoid Deb because she will find you.
E.J. is a fantastic musician who thoroughly enjoys studio-recording sessions, but serves as one of our heavy-hitting Account Managers during the day. In fact, if you are interested, you can catch E.J. playing the drums for a local band, Fell, at one Denver’s treasured small, intimate venues. When he is not rocking an instrument, he spends time with his super loveable pup, Bristol, cheers on the Cleveland Cavaliers and throws themed parties, including a Wig and Mustachio Bashio. E.J. also plays a mean game of PIG, so if you’re up for a challenge, be sure to call and make an appointment in his busy schedule.
Jen is the beautiful face of Proctor, and her pleasant voice is the first one you’ll hear when jumping on the horn. When she is not providing stellar customer service, Jen is a family gal, and a good one at that! She spends most of her time with her husband, her little munchkin, affectionately known as Pinky, and her two chihuahuas, Tony Montana and Reesie. Jen also enjoys a good Mexican food joint and, like most of us, has no freakin’ clue what Chrispy’s obsession with BSG is even about!
Josh is the other teammate of our Project Management team. His background in construction continues to solidify our fabrication foundation daily. He is a homegrown Kansas boy who loves the mountains and drinking chocolate milk. Sorry we drank all of the milk you had in the fridge, Josh, we told you to label the carton! Considering that Josh is somewhat new to the Proctor family, the only other things we know, so far, are that he likes steak, he had a fish, it died, he is the best dressed in the office, to date, and he digs Jack Johnson’s musical melodies. Oh, and Josh has the driest sense of humor on Earth. Don’t take it personally if he insults you intentionally or unintentionally. We can’t really tell the difference either.
is yep, you guessed it, related to both Josh and Michael. We've reached our quota of Francis siblings, so this is the last one you'll see here…we think. This Francis is also grateful to have made his way to the Rocky Mountains. Justin enjoys camping, hiking, shooting; we assure he only aims at inanimate objects, and playing sports. Needless to say, he can be described as adventurous and recently gave salsa dancing a go. As no one was there to witness this lesson, we do not have an accurate account of the results. We will keep you posted. Justin's background in construction makes him a great asset to Proctor's team.
Kyle is a Senior Account Executive here at Proctor. His expansive knowledge of the event and mobile marketing industries has helped us to earn some of our most interactive projects to date. When Kyle is not tethered to his desk, he has been known to entertain the office with karaoke ranging from Notorious BIG to Jeffrey Osbourne’s On the Wings of Love. Kyle also loves being outdoors and constantly scares the living daylights out of us with stories of extreme motocross jumps and snowboarding crashes. Among his other interests, he enjoys golf, painting, photography and anything considered a sport.
Leo is, as you probably guessed, the top dog of our family. Yep, Leo is the crazy hippie who decided to make the trip across the country and never left CO. He has developed many strong professional relationships, locally and nationally, throughout the years enabling Proctor to remain successful for longer than some of our employees have been alive. Outside of Proctor’s walls, and inside for that matter, Leo enjoys the art of music. His taste ranges from the Grateful Dead, The Boss, Ryan Adams and MGMT. He is a pretty laid back, hip guy, which is mirrored by his favorite pair o’ shoes, black Converse All Stars.
‘Sparky Marky’ is Proctor’s welding extraordinaire, but when he is not melding things together at crazy angles, he takes advantage of Colorado’s great outdoors. Mark enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, but most importantly, 4-wheeling in his bad-to-the-bone Jeep Wrangler! His favorite colors are blue and orange…we will give you one guess why.
Michael is one of Proctor’s Account Managers meaning we trust him to make everything perfect for our clients...no pressure, Michael. His last name is no coincidence either. Michael is one of five brothers, but we need to make it clear he is Josh’s YOUNGER brother. By way of the Midwest, he now has the pleasure of enjoying Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and does so by exploring and hiking them whenever he gets a chance. Some other things you should know about Michael are that his favorite crayon color is blue, his favorite style of dancing in break dancing, his favorite food is a tie between steak and shrimp, and when we asked him what his sign was he said, ‘Yield to Peds’. Yea, he has a sense of humor too.
Molly is our Portable Exhibits Specialist and Assistant Marketing Director. She enjoys music of all genres but has a minor, okay major, obsession with the Kings of Leon ever since their run-in back on her 21st birthday. She also has a knack for fashion and particularly enjoys the local fashion scene. Her financial advisor, if she could afford one, would not feel as enthusiastic about her love of clothes. Sadly, Molly, while pretty quick-witted, can be coaxed into doing almost anything with a cupcake from The Shoppe or Happy Cakes. Actually, in reality, anything sweet would work we suppose.
Nate is one of the many skillful gents that comprise our warehouse and fabrication crew. While Nate’s persona may appear very quiet and calm during installation or on the show floor, he is quite the opposite, especially when it comes to his dance moves, which include the lawn mower, with a dash of the sprinkler and a hint of rolling the die. He also enjoys sneaking up on people and scaring them. When asked what his favorite Crayon is, his response was ‘Red. It taste yummy in my tummy’, and his response to owning pets...‘Just the stuff growing in the shower’. See, we told you Nate is not that innocent and the best to talk to if you need a good laugh!
Paschal is another one of Proctor’s warehouse gurus, and while he may seem quiet, don’t let his silence fool you. He is one funny guy! Paschal is a Colorado native, so his laidback personality makes complete sense. He enjoys attending the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, dancing like a fool and enjoys playing various instruments himself, including the guitar, piano and violin. While Paschal enjoys the variety of sushi joints around the city, one of the things he loves the most in this world is cheese. He can always bring a smile to your face and often does so through crazy tales of his spontaneous lifestyle or by quoting lines from the Big Lebowski.
Randy is our Shop Foreman, constantly reviewing, analyzing and improving the way we fabricate the experiences we create. He is also really great at being a father and grandpa as shown in the numerous photographs that populate his office. Born and raised in Denver, CO, Randy is one of the biggest Broncos fans we know. He also enjoys seafood and an ice cold Bud Light on occasion and proudly acknowledges Sandra Bullock as his favorite celebrity. He must have been on to something, because we could not agree more with her Golden Globe win this year!
Richard is one of the smartest people we know. Seriously, who else would have the patience and skills to map out each precise detail for all of the projects we fabricate? Richard does, and he is our one and only Senior Engineer. He also takes time to read, tinker in his garage, watch older films and watch people. Which leads us to the fact that Richard is one of the most thoughtful and quiet people we know, but he also has sporadic, maniacal outbursts in the office; you know, to keep things interesting. Our favorite is when he shouts, ‘WTF!’ with the slightest hint of pre-teen attitude. Richard is also cooler than white bread, because he claims Journey as one of his favorite bands. You rock, Richard, because we all secretly love them too!
Shawn is Proctor’s coding guru and is constantly feeding his techy appetite. He has been known to describe his aura as ‘transparent’ and ‘foamy’, so needless to say, conversations with Shawn are not only educational, but also really refreshing in a quirky sort of way. When he is not up in the mountains shredding with his girlfriend, Jenn, he is hanging with his best friend, CowDogg, and drinking 471 Small Batch IPA from Breckenridge Brewery.
Steve is a man of many hats. He is Proctor’s Vice President and Creative Director but also manages our sales team, which is a task in and of itself. Outside of being the controller of chaos, Steve spends time with his beautiful wife, adorable girls, dogs, chickens and a desert tortoise named Bubbles. Steve is also a fantastic guitar player who has enough patience to teach others the art of this instrument. He also enjoys tending to his urban garden, which produces amazing veggies if we do say so ourselves, and listening to REAL jazz while enjoying a glass of single malt scotch.
